Description

The salmon (Salmo Salar) is both a saltwater fish and a freshwater fish, which is pink-fleshed and found near river mouths in the North Atlantic. It is a very rich source of vitamin A and calcium as compared with other fish. It should be noted it is also exceptionally high in lipids.
