Honeydew
Honeydew
Description
The honeydew is a pale green or orange musk melon with a sweet white pulp. This fruit is a good source of potassium and vitamin C.
Available the whole year with peak season May through December.
Note: Avoid mellons with hard, dead-white rind with green tint. This is a sign of unripeness. To check for ripeness, gently press the blossom end depression and feel if it gives.Caloric Content
