Tuberous Sclerosis

Tuberous sclerosis is a congenital familial disorder manifested by convulsive seizures, progressive mental disorder, adenoma sebaceum, benign tumor-like growths on the face, and tumors of the kidneys and brain with projections into the cerebral ventricles. Called also Bourneville's Disease and Epiloia.
