Do you remember the last time you heard someone say, "I love my body; my hips and thighs are perfect. My weight and body fat are exactly where I want them to be. The year was 1965. I was a nine year old kid living in Germany the first time I can recall wondering where I would be on New Years Eve, 1999. For some reason, I had calculated backwards to determine that I would be the same age that my dad was then, by the time the end of the century arrived.
