Description
Wheat bran is the outer hull of the wheat kernel, removed during milling. It is a concentrated source of fiber, niacin, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, phosphorus, and potassium. It also contains lesser but significant amounts of thiamine, vitamin B-6, and pantothenic acid.
