Description
Wakame, an edible seaweed especially rich in calcium and iron. Wakame is also a good source of phosphorus, niacin, and vitamin C.
Due to its high concentration of sodium, wakame should be avoided by persons on Mild Sodium Restriction Diet, Moderate Sodium Restriction Diet or Severe Sodium Restriction Diet.
