European Chestnut

Description

European chestnut, the fruit or nut of a tree belonging to the genus Castanea, especially the tree Castanea vesca. The European chestnut contains less lipids, ounce per ounce, than other nuts.

This herb has not achieved approval status by the German Commission E. Either there was insufficient evidence in favor, or a contraindication.
