Description
Goose, any of several domestic and wild fowl of the family Anatidae, similar to duck. Goose has the same basic distribution of nutrients as chicken, with several notable differences: goose is significantly higher in calories, lipids, iron, phosphorus, copper, potassium, riboflavin and saturated fatty acids; while being significantly lower in niacin than chicken.
