Description
Turkey liver, as an organ meat, is an especially concentrated source of vitamin A, iron, zinc, niacin, pantothenic acid and folacin.
Turkey liver contains extremely high amounts of cholesterol, it should therefore be avoided by persons on a Low Fat Diet.
