Motion Sickness

Description

As the name implies, nausea often accompanies unfamiliar motions, like sea travel.

Causes

Repetitive disturbance of the balance center within the inner ear. This is often exacerbated following strange food, or stale air.

Signs & Symptoms

Mild forms may comprise slight discomfort which, particularly in children, may be alleviated for a brief period of time by distraction: playing a game etc.

More severe forms can include emotional distress, pallor, profuse sweating, salivation and vomiting.

If any disturbances from the use of a particular supplement should occur, stop its use immediately and seek the care of a qualified health care professional.

Doses are administered on a 3 times daily (tid), between meals, schedule and continued for 3 days.

Liquid preparations usually use 8-10 drops per dose.
